Convection cooking made simple
Thanks to the design of the high hood, it’s easy to master the art of convection cooking. The rising heat bounces off the hood, creating a 360 degree circulation around the food, infusing some wonderful flavours. The high hood is designed to enhance airflow for outdoor convection cooking delivering an even cook throughout the grills' entire surface.
Flexible grilling
With interchangeable cast-iron solid flat plates, and grill plates, you can easily adjust the set-up to suit your food. Grill plates also have integrated flame-tamers, eliminating flare ups.
