DELIVERIES
Everdure by Heston Blumenthal ships within Australia using a variety of delivery methods.
Shipping usually takes between 2-5 business days.
Please be aware that we have warehouses across Australia and sometimes in order to fulfil your order we will ship from multiple locations.
You will only pay one shipping fee, but you may receive your order in more than one parcel.
- Orders placed before 12pm (AEST) each working day will generally be processed that same day.
- Orders placed after 12pm (AEST) each working day will be processed the following working day.
- Orders placed on weekends & public holidays will be processed next business day.
- Processing time frames may be longer for warehouses outside of NSW.
- Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email, which will include a unique tracking number for your order.
- To track your order, proceed to the link provided in your confirmation email.
- Shipping usually takes between 2-5 business days however, we do not guarantee delivery within any particular time frame.
- We have warehouses in NSW, QLD and WA.
- We endeavour to ship your order from the closest available warehouse, however, our priority is to fulfill your order in one shipment.
- If all items are available at a warehouse outside of our state, we will ship from this warehouse.
- On some occasions, you may receive more than one package, as your order will be shipped out of more than one warehouse based on our stock.
ISSUES
Shipping may take longer in peak periods or due to weather and courier issues relative to our partners.
- If there are delivery issues please contact our customer service team HERE.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that all address details provided are correct.
- We cannot accept responsibility for deliveries that are delayed or lost due to an incorrect address being provided.
- All orders returned to sender due to an incorrect address or not being claimed will be refunded less the cost of shipping.
- Missed or returned deliveries cannot be re-dispatched; you must place a new order.
- If you refuse a shipment from Everdure you are responsible for the original shipping charges that are incurred on the package and the cost of returning the package to Everdure.
- Upon receiving your refused delivery we will process a refund for your order, minus the aforementioned shipping charges.
RETURNS

- We are happy to accept returns on full price items that are in original condition should a request for return be received within 14 days of you receiving your order. Any items returned outside of this time frame will not be accepted.
- Upon receipt of the return authorisation number from Everdure, product needs to be shipped back to Everdure within 10 business days.
- If you purchased your full price item with a credit note or gift card, a new credit note or gift card with the purchase price of your item will be issued.
- Full price items can be returned for store credit, refund or exchange only.
- Please note all clearance orders are final.
- Original condition means the condition you received the item in, with all packaging and documents included in the box.
- Returned items must not be used or damaged in any way. They must have tags attached and must be returned in its original box or case.
- All items will be reviewed individually upon return. If your return is accepted, we will refund the price paid for your item via your original payment method.
- If we receive a returned item in an unsuitable condition, the refund will become void and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.
- The items you choose to return are your responsibility until we receive them. We are not responsible for any returned items that are lost in transit.
- We recommend that you secure tracking and/or insurance for the items you are returning and keep proof of postage.
- All return postage costs are at your expense, unless the item arrives not as ordered, damaged or is deemed faulty.
- Returns are processed within 5 working days of receiving them.
- You will be sent an email notification once your return has been processed.
- Refunds via PayPal clear almost immediately after they have been processed however refunds via credit card can take up to 5 working days depending on the financial institution.

HOW TO RETURN
Not satisfied with your recent Everdure by Heston purchase? We’ve made returns easy.
1. Reach out to our returns team through our Return Form.
2. Our return team will respond to your return request as soon as possible and provide you with a Return Authority number (#RA).
3. Upon receiving your #RA, please re-pack your item with labels and tags still attached, in the bag and / or box it arrived in.
4. Pack your item and the returns form into an appropriate post package and send to the return address supplied by our team.
Please note we will not accept any order without an #RA lodged with Everdure first.
Returning an order without an #RA could result in your return going missing or not being processed correctly in the warehouse.
Everdure cannot be held responsible for lost returns that do not have an associated #RA.
